6. Prize Draw
<\/strong>The draw will take place at Gadens Lawyers, Level 13 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC
3000 at 12.00pm on 8 October 2025. The draw will be conducted using a random number generator
or other approved method of random selection, and will determine both the initial winner and a ranked
list of reserve entrants (Secondary Winners), who will be drawn at the same time and recorded in
order. The initial winners of any prizes valued over $250.00 will have their first initial, last name and
postcode published on the Mutti Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe first valid entry drawn will win the respective prize being drawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Winner Notification and Publication
<\/strong>The winner(s) will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw and their name(s) will be
published on the Mutti Website on 8 October 2025 for a minimum of 28 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n8. Delivery or Collection of Prize
<\/strong>Tefal Vouchers will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the entry into the
promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\nTefal Pizza Ovens will be delivered to the nominated address (within Australia) of the respective
winner at the Promoters cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. Unclaimed Prize Draw
<\/strong>If a prize is unclaimed by 9.00am AEST on 9 January 2026, the Promoter will award the prize to the
Secondary Winners drawn, subject to any relevant state or territory regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified and published in the same manner as the
original draw. The Secondary Winners of any prizes valued over $250.00 will have their first initial, last
name and postcode published on the Mutti Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10. Privacy
<\/strong>The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this
purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors,
service providers, and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entries will be
collected via the Mutti Website and shared with an agent of the Promoter who is responsible for
contacting all prize winners, distributing minor prizes directly via email, and contacting major prize
