We asked consumers to create a 3-course menu using 3 different Mutti products from the <a href=\"https:\/\/mutti-parma.com\/en\/essential-differences\/\">essentials range<\/a> making the Mutti product the hero of each recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The creators of the top 3 menus took part in the live cook-off at Sauce by The Langham in London on 19 th October where their menus were judged by our panel of expert judges \u2013 Ben Tish, Gabriella Margiotta, Nigel Barden and Carlo Casoni \u2013 based on the criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Making the Mutti Essentials product the hero of the dish<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Originality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentation (hero\u2019ing the tomatoes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overall menu appeal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Sheel Patel&#8217;s winning three-course tomato-based menu featured:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Starter: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mutti-parma.com\/en\/recipes\/deep-fried-zaatar-pickles-with-bloody-mary-dipping-sauce\/\">Deep-fried za&#8217;atar pickles with Bloody Mary Dipping Sauce<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Main:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/mutti-parma.com\/en\/recipes\/mussels-in-a-spicy-tomato-broth\/\">Mussels in a Spicy Tomato Broth<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bonus dish<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/mutti-parma.com\/en\/recipes\/tomato-cheesecake\/\">Tomato Cheesecake<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">In 2<sup>nd<\/sup> place was Will Clowes who created a starter of Seared Scallops with Tomato and Pancetta Jam, and a Pea, Caper and Lemon Puree, a main of Hearty Meatballs with Homemade Focaccia and a bonus dish of Orange, Peach and Tomato Mousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">3<sup>rd<\/sup> place went to Trish Moroney who created a starter of Twice Baked Tomato and Cheese Souffl\u00e9,  a main course of Proven\u00e7al Fish Stew and a bonus dish of Tomato and Vodka Sorbet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
