CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please read these instructions carefully before participating in the online competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Organiser Mutti S.p.A\u2019s (as defined below) \u201cTomato Monday, winner draw\u201d (the \u201cCompetition\u201d) begins
at 00:01 on 04\/03\/24 and ends at 23:59 on 05\/03\/24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Eligibility:<\/strong> The Competition is open to Finland\u2019s residents over the age of eighteen (18), except that the
Organiser, subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders,
successors, assigns, agents and consultants (collectively, the \u201cOrganiser Partners\u201d), and the Organiser
Partner\u2019s immediate families and persons living in their households are not eligible to enter the
Competition. The Competition shall be staged in compliance with all applicable competition laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By entering, entrants release the Organiser and the Organiser Partners from any responsibility and all
liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, death or damages of any kind caused by participation in the
Competition or in connection with acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prizes provided pursuant
to the Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Agreement to Rules:<\/strong> By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these
Official Rules. Entrants represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.
In addition, Entrants agree to accept the decisions of the Organiser, as final and binding as it relates to the Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Participation\/Competition: <\/strong>Tomato Monday is a new concept developed by Mutti to establish a new
tradition: eating a simple but tasty tomato pasta dish on the week\u2019s first (and maybe toughest) day, making it a bit cozier and simplifying choosing what to eat. An important theme of Tomato Monday is
togetherness, sitting down with friends or family and enjoying a tasty, but low effort meal together, to be
able to focus on each other instead of the preparation of a complicated dinner. This concept takes
inspiration from Italian\u2019s culture: Italians are known for the so-called \u201cDolce Vita\u201d, which consists of great
food and the company of the people you love, no matter of what day of the week it is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition aims to look out for home chefs who will embrace this new tradition by joining the Mutti
family in the celebration of the first official Tomato Monday. Tomato Monday officially takes place on the
first Monday of March, which this year will be the 4 th of March, but it\u2019s a tradition that aims to be carried on every Monday to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interested parties can enter the competition by organising a Tomato Monday dinner, inviting friends and
family over to enjoy a delicious dish of tomato pasta together. The requirement is to take a picture while
enjoying the Tomato Monday dinner and post it on Instagram\u2019s feed or stories tagging @muttinordics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The pasta has to be prepared using Mutti\u2019s tomato products (Mutti Pasta Sauces, Mutti Polpa finely
chopped tomatoes, Mutti Passata, Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Puree, Mutti Peeled Tomatoes,
Cherry Tomatoes, Verdurine) in order to be eligible for the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mutti will draw 1 winner who will receive a conspicuous gift bag consisting of Mutti product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. How to Enter: <\/strong>To enter, Entrants must take a picture of their Tomato Monday dinner and post it on
Instagram\u2019s feed or stories tagging @muttinordics. The entry must fulfill all Prize Draw requirements, as
specified, to be eligible to win the \u2018Prize\u2019. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Official
Rules will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Prize Draw entrants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple profiles, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the Official Rules. Use of fraudulent methods or otherwise attempting to circumvent the Official Rules shall be grounds for immediate removal and ineligibility from the Prize Draw, at the sole discretion of the Organiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All entries must be received by the deadline on the 05\/03\/24. The Organiser is not responsible for late or
unsuccessful attempts to enter. The Organiser reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion which
entries have satisfied the entry requirements. ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS MUST SUBMIT THEIR ENTRY IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER METHOD OF SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Winner notification and announcement:<\/strong> Winner will be notified on the 6 th of March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Prize: <\/strong>The winner will be awarded a prize which consists of a Mutti gift bag. The winner will be contacted through their Instagram profile and asked for their information for the shipment of the prize. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Organiser. No other prize substitutions are permitted except at the Organiser\u2019s discretion. The prize is not transferable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Rights in submissions: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each Entrant agrees and acknowledges that participation in the Competition, including, without limitation, the Entrant\u2019s decision to provide the Entrant\u2019s submission to the Organiser for purposes of the
Competition, shall not give rise to any confidential, fiduciary, implied-in-fact, implied-in-law, or other
special relationship between the Organiser and Entrant, does not place the Organiser in a position that is
any different from the position held by members of the general public with regard to elements of the
Entrant\u2019s entry, and that the only contracts, express or implied, between the Organiser and Entrant are as
set forth in these Official Rules and the release forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The personal data of the participants will be treated confidentially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Terms:<\/strong> The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
the Competition should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or
other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of
the Competition. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant who
tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Mutti website and\/or violates
these Official Rules. The Organiser has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the
Competition, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros or scripts
or other technical means for entering in the Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

addresses in the same day; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by
Competition rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering the

11. Indemnification; Limitation of Liability: <\/strong>By entering, Entrant agrees to release and hold the Organiser
and the Organiser Partners harmless from any liability, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage of any kind to persons or property, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(i) Entrant\u2019s participation in the Competition and\/or his\/her acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any
prize or any portion thereof, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(ii) the use of Entrant\u2019s Name and Likeness for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all
media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by the Organiser,
without compensation or additional consents from Entrant or any third party and without prior notice,
approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(iii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited, to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable,
network, hardware or software; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Prize Draw; <\/p>\n\n\n\n

(vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Prize Draw or the processing of
entries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.<\/strong> Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all
rights to claim, punitive, incidental, exemplary, indirect, special or consequential damages, or any other
damages, whether foreseeable or not and whether based on negligence or otherwise, including legal fees.
Disputes: THIS Competition IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF FINLAND. As a condition of participating in this
Prize Draw, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and
causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition, shall be resolved individually, without
