Apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu son dipl\u00f4me de cuisine, il d\u00e9marre en tant qu\u2019apprenti \u00e0 l\u2019Auberge de la Brie* en Seine et Marne, puis il int\u00e8gre la brigade de l\u2019Assiette champenoise***, restaurant triplement \u00e9toil\u00e9. Lilian officie ensuite sur la C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Azur, chez Paloma, puis chez Les P\u00eacheurs*. De retour \u00e0 Paris, il devient sous-chef \u00e0 la Truffi\u00e8re*, avant d\u2019entrer dans les cuisines du prestigieux Four Seasons George V o\u00f9 il \u0153uvre pendant deux ann\u00e9es.<br><br>Fort d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience \u00e9toil\u00e9e, il d\u00e9cide de se lancer son propre restaurant. Mais la crise sanitaire arrive et le projet d\u2019ouverture est annul\u00e9. Une autre vie l\u2019attend, celle de directeur d\u2019hypermarch\u00e9, pendant deux ans.<br><br>La cuisine lui manque et pendant le confinement, Lilian partage ses recettes et astuces de cuisine avec sa communaut\u00e9 TikTok. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces vid\u00e9os, il est rep\u00e9r\u00e9 pour int\u00e9grer le concours de la saison 13 de l&rsquo;\u00e9mission t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e Top Chef. Lilian est remarqu\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;\u00e9mission pour sa cuisine raffin\u00e9e et percutante, l\u2019\u00e9quilibre ma\u00eetris\u00e9 de ses plats et sa technique hors-pair. Suite \u00e0 la diffusion de l\u2019\u00e9mission, ouvre son premier restaurant Lil\u2019Home en mai 2022 \u00e0 Bordeaux.<br><br><strong>Passionn\u00e9 et engag\u00e9, Baptiste<\/strong> <strong>conjugue, comme Mutti, maitrise et cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 dans sa cuisine !
