litt sm\u00f8r over middels varme, f\u00f8r du har i hvitl\u00f8k og steker videre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tilsett tomatpure og chiliflak, og la det hele surre i et par minutter til.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hell i Mutti Passata og kraft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La suppen koke i 20 minutter. I mens kan du lage Pangrattato<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pangrattato:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ha br\u00f8det i en liten blender eller matprosessor og kj\u00f8r det til litt grove smuler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smelt sm\u00f8r i en panne og vend br\u00f8dsmulene godt rundt slik at alt blir dekket. La det steke p\u00e5 middels varme til det begynner \u00e5 bli spr\u00f8tt, men pass p\u00e5 s\u00e5 det ikke brenner seg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mot slutten av steketiden har du i finhakket hvitl\u00f8k.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland inn sitronskall og persille, og smak til med salt. La avkj\u00f8les.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kj\u00f8r suppen glatt med en stavmikser og ha i Mutti Cherrytomater.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Smak til suppen med honning, salt og pepper, og la den koke i ti minutter feddene til en hel hvitl\u00f8k og ha i en liten gryte med 1,5 dl olivenolje. La feddene putre p\u00e5 svak\/medium varme i 30-40 minutter til de er gyldne p\u00e5 fargen, og myke og s\u00f8dmefulle p\u00e5 smak. Oljen har ogs\u00e5 blitt til skikkelig god hvitl\u00f8ksolje, som er nydelig \u00e5 dryppe p\u00e5 det aller meste av br\u00f8d, supper, salater, og i dressinger og hummus, s\u00e5 ta vare p\u00e5 den!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 ss olivenolje og 2 ss sm\u00f8r varmes opp i en gryte. Tilsett 2 finhakkede l\u00f8k og stek til l\u00f8ken er blank og myk p\u00e5 medium varme i 10-12 min. Ha oppi ca 12 fedd av de konfiterte hvitl\u00f8ksfeddene (eller alle, de smaker fantastisk) og 2 ss hvetemel.
