Break the eggs into a bowl and pour in the Mutti concentrate. Mix well to combine. Incorporate the flour, milk, and a pinch of salt, and mix with a whisk.
Grease a 26 cm non-stick pan with butter and pour in a ladle of batter. Spread the batter evenly and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Add the provola and ham, and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
Transfer the crepe to a plate, roll it up, and serve it hot.
