Tomato crepes

Method

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and pour in the Mutti concentrate. Mix well to combine. Incorporate the flour, milk, and a pinch of salt, and mix with a whisk.
  2. Grease a 26 cm non-stick pan with butter and pour in a ladle of batter. Spread the batter evenly and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add the provola and ham, and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer the crepe to a plate, roll it up, and serve it hot.
  5. With these measurements, you will get 5 crepes.
