Spider Pizzas: Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, instant yeast, and unsweetened soy yogurt. Stir with a spoon until the yoghurt is fully absorbed and the dough starts to come together.
  2. At this point, knead the dough with your hands until smooth and even.
  3. Let the dough rest at room temperature, covered with cling film, for 30 minutes.
  4. Once the dough has rested, lightly flour your work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 3–4 mm.
  5. Using a round cookie cutter or glass (5–6 cm in diameter), cut out discs of dough and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Top each disc with a generous teaspoon of Mutti Sugo Speciale with Basil.
  7. To create the spider decoration, slice off the end of a black olive to make the head. Cut the remaining piece in half: use one half for the body and slice the other half into eight thin strips to form the legs.
  8. Bake the mini pizzas in a preheated static oven at 200°C for 14–15 minutes.
