  • 280 g Mutti Gourmet Pasta Sauce Basil
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 g Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • bread (as needed)
  • t.t. salt and pepper
  • t.t. rosemary

Creamy Tomato Eggs: Method

  1. Slice the bread and lightly toast it in a pan. Once crispy, rub a garlic clove over the surface and drizzle with olive oil. Add a pinch of pepper and some rosemary leaves for an extra aromatic touch.
  2. In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil with the garlic clove. Pour in the Mutti Gourmet Pasta Sauce BAsil and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt. Add the eggs and stir gently until they reach a creamy consistency.
  3. Serve the eggs with a sprinkle of black pepper and the seasoned crostini. Enjoy!
