Add ‘00’ flour, dried oregano, a pinch salt and olive oil. Mix & knead for a few minutes until dough forms. Add more flour if consistency is too sticky.
Place into an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm spot for 1-2 hours until mixture doubles in size.
Cook all vegetables separately and cut into small chunks.
When ready, roll dough into your desired pizza base. Spread with Mutti pizza sauce and decorate with an assortment of coloured vegetables.
Cook pizza in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until crispy.
