Rainbow pizza made with pizza sauce: Method
- Add the yeast, water and sugar to a boil, mix well and leave for 10-15 until frothy.
- Add ‘00’ flour, dried oregano, a pinch of salt and the olive oil. Mix & knead for a few minutes until a dough forms. Add more flour if consistency is too sticky.
- Place into an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm spot for 1-2 hours until mixture doubles in size.
- Cook all vegetables to your liking and cut into small chunks.
- When ready, roll dough into your desired pizza base size. Spread with Mutti pizza sauce and decorate with a colourful assortment of vegetables.
- Cook pizza in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until crispy.
