Pork sausage and broccolini pizza with smoked mozzarella: Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C fan forced. Blanch the broccolini in boiling, salted water for 1-2 minutes until just tender. Drain and refresh under cold water.
- Spoon the Mutti Aromatica Pizza Sauce between the 2 pizza bases leaving a small border round the edge.
- Scatter garlic and sausage meat over sauce, top with broccolini and mozzarella. Drizzle with oil and bake for 13-15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. The adults in the family can scatter with chilli flakes and drizzle with extra oil to serve.
