Capricciosa pizza: Method
- Preheat the oven to 260C fan forced (or the highest your oven can go). Place the pizza dough on 2 large pizza trays. Top with Mutti Aromatica Pizza Sauce, mushrooms, ham, artichokes and olives. Divide the grated mozzarella between pizzas and cook until the toppings are bubbling. This could take anywhere from 8-10 minutes depending on the oven.
- Drizzle with olive oil if using and serve.
