Italian tomatoes

We use 100% Italian tomatoes, selecting only those that meet high-quality standards through a rigorous process.

Polpa

We use the same top quality polpa that Mutti is renowned for, providing a rustic texture and full-flavoured sauce base.

Puree

We use Specialty Tomato puree to add natural sweetness and complement the characteristic ingredients.

Special ingredients

We source speciality ingredients from regions of excellence, which are characterised by deeper layers of flavour and a richer taste experience.

How pasta sauces are made

A light sauté of finely chopped onion and carrot in oil.

To the sauté, tomato pulp and purée are added along with the ingredients that characterize each sauce.

We continue with a cooking process that enhances the flavor of all the ingredients, mixing them and creating their rich texture.

When the sauce is still steaming, we proceed to fill the jars. Pasta sauce are ready.
