Different regions have different soils – and different soils produce raw materials with unique characteristics. This means that tomatoes grown in different regions of Italy have unique attributes. With our range of regional Italian passatas, we celebrate the distinct tomato varieties of specific Italian regions, with the specific characteristics of each regional passata coming from the type of tomato used, each with unique flavours.
