  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 slice Provola cheese
  • 2 full teaspoon Mutti Red Pesto
  • 1 leaf Lettuce
  • Salt and pepper
  • tablespoon Extravirgin Olive Oil

Avocado Toast: Method

  1. Cut the avocado in half and slice it.
  2. In a bowl, beat two eggs with salt and pepper.
  3. Grease a 24 to 26 cm pan with oil, heat it over the stove, and pour in the eggs. Quickly place the slices of sandwich bread on top and flip them.
  4. Let the eggs set, then flip everything over. Fill with cheese, avocado, Mutti Red Pesto, and lettuce.
  5. Fold the edges inward and close your Avocado Toast.
