Avocado Toast: Method
- Cut the avocado in half and slice it.
- In a bowl, beat two eggs with salt and pepper.
- Grease a 24 to 26 cm pan with oil, heat it over the stove, and pour in the eggs. Quickly place the slices of sandwich bread on top and flip them.
- Let the eggs set, then flip everything over. Fill with cheese, avocado, Mutti Red Pesto, and lettuce.
- Fold the edges inward and close your Avocado Toast.
