Beef Pizzaiola: Method
- Heat the olive oil with the crushed garlic and the sprig of fresh oregano. Brown the veal on both sides for about one minute, then set aside on a plate.
- Once all the slices are browned, remove the garlic and fresh oregano. Return the veal to the pan and add the Mutti Pasta Sauce with Datterini Tomatoes.
- Cook for an additional five minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with dried oregano and serve hot with slices of bread.
