Made with Pasta Sauce with datterini Tomatoes
Mutti pasta sauces use only the highest quality, 100% Italian summer tomatoes picked at their peak ripeness. We carefully choose a specific tomato variety that best pairs with our unique Italian ingredients. Here the naturally sweet and intensely flavorful Datterini Tomato is paired with Monocultivar Ogliarola extra virgin olive oil, a single-variety oil renowned for its delicate, fruity aroma. This luxurious combination creates a sauce with a rich, bold taste and a full-bodied texture, showcasing Mutti’s commitment to authentic Italian quality.

Spider Pizzas: Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, instant yeast, and unsweetened soy yogurt. Stir with a spoon until the yogurt is fully absorbed and the dough starts to come together.
- At this point, knead the dough with your hands until smooth and uniform.
- Let the dough rest at room temperature, covered with cling film, for 30 minutes.
- Once the dough has rested, lightly flour your work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 3–4 mm.
- Using a round cookie cutter or glass (5–6 cm in diameter), cut out discs of dough and arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Top each disc with a generous teaspoon of Mutti Pasta Sauce with Datterini Tomatoes.
- To create the spider decoration, slice off the end of a black olive to make the head. Cut the remaining piece in half: use one half for the body and slice the other half into eight thin strips to form the legs.
- Bake the mini pizzas in a preheated static oven at 200°C for 14–15 minutes.
