Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion finely diced (1 cup)
1 clove garlic grated
2 leaves fresh bay
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Mutti® Double Concentrated Tomato Paste
1 g 400 tin of Mutti Polpa Finely Chopped Tomatoes
1 tin of cannellini beans
pinch salt
pinch pepper

Method

In hot olive oil, fry onions and garlic on low, until soft.
Add tomato paste, bay leaves, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for a minute.
Add Mutti tomatoes and a little water by rinsing out the tin.
Cook for 20mins or until the sauce is thick and rich.
Add beans and cook for a couple of minutes until beans are heated through.
Serve baked beans in tomato sauce on your choice of toast with a sprinkling of fresh herbs.
