- Break the eggs into a bowl and pour in the Concentrato (Tomato Paste). Mix well to combine. Incorporate the flour, milk, and a pinch of salt, and mix with a whisk
- Grease a 26 cm non-stick pan with butter and pour in a ladle of batter. Spread the batter evenly and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the provola and ham, and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Transfer the crepe to a plate, roll it up, and serve it hot.
- With these measurements, you will get 5 crepes.
