Tomato Paste (Mutti Doppio Concentrato) is a great way to add rich flavour, colour and texture to dishes. Used for recipes that require long cooking times such as sauces and casseroles. 5,5 kg of tomatoes = 1 kg of Tomato Paste

  • 500 g Milk
  • 150 g Flour
  • 80 g Mutti double
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g Provola cheese
  • 200 g Cooked ham
  • Butter
  • Salt

red crepes: Method

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and pour in the Mutti concentrate. Mix well to combine. Incorporate the flour, milk, and a pinch of salt, and mix with a whisk
  2. Grease a 26 cm non-stick pan with butter and pour in a ladle of batter. Spread the batter evenly and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add the provola and ham, and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
  4. Transfer the crepe to a plate, roll it up, and serve it hot.
  5. With these measurements, you will get 5 crepes.
