PARTICIPATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these instructions carefully before participating in the lottery.
The organizer, Mutti (as defined below), is hosting an Instagram challenge (“lottery”) starting on March 6, 2025, at 00:01 and ending on April 4, 2025, at 11:59. All times mentioned in these official rules are in Central European Time (CET). Please read these instructions carefully before entering the lottery.
1. Organizer: Mutti, as defined below, is organizing the “Cucina Povera dinner” (“Lottery”), which will run from 00:01 on January 20, 2025, ending at 23:59 on February 23, 2025. All times mentioned in these rules are in CET.
2. Eligibility: The lottery is open to residents of Denmark who are 18 years or older, except for the organizer, its subsidiaries, and their employees, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, representatives, and consultants (collectively referred to as “Organizer’s Partners”), as well as their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household as the Organizer’s Partners. The lottery will be conducted in compliance with all applicable competition laws. By participating in the lottery, participants release the organizer and its partners from any liability for damages, losses, death, or compensation arising from participating in the lottery or receiving, possessing, using, or misusing the prizes offered. Participants’ Instagram accounts must be public during the lottery period for their participation to be verified and for any potential winnings to be communicated.
3. Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the competition, participants fully and unconditionally agree to follow these official rules. Participants certify and guarantee that they meet the eligibility requirements outlined here. Additionally, participants accept the organizer’s decisions regarding final and binding matters related to the lottery.
4. Participation/Entry:
Mutti invites tomato lovers passionate about reducing their food waste to participate in “Cucina Povera dinner” lottery. In this lottery you could win tickets to a very special dinner held at 9.4. at 18-20.00 at restaurant Capa in Copenhagen. During the dinner chef Casper Sobczyk will cook a 3-course menu using Mutti and leftover ingredients from Too Good To Go surprise baskets, showing that with a little thought, leftovers can get a new, delicious life.
To join the lottery comment on Instagram or Facebook under competition post your best tip for reducing food waste at home. If competing on Instagram, remember to also follow @MuttiNordics and @TooGoodToGo pages.
Lottery will have five winners and each winner is allowed to bring a friend with them. Winners will be drafted 4.4. and they will be notified the same day on Instagram.
TO QUALIFY, PARTICIPANTS MUST SUBMIT THEIR ENTRIES ACCORDING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. NO OTHER ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
5. How to Participate: Enter the lottery by sharing your thoughts on what is the best way to avoid food waste at home. Comment with a tip, story or an idea that in your opinion is an effective way to avoid food waste in home kitchens. You can participate by commenting Mutti and Too Good To go’s post on Instagram or Facebook. Each comment counts as one entry, and participants can enter multiple times by commenting on different posts. Ensure your entries are original and meet the theme requirements to qualify for the prize draw. Incomplete, irrelevant, or inappropriate entries may be disqualified at the organizer’s discretion.
All entries must be submitted by the last day of the campaign to be considered for the lottery. The organizer is not responsible for delayed or failed attempts to participate. The organizer reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether participants meet the submission requirements. The last opportunity to participate in the lottery is April 4, 2025 by 11.59. The lottery is in no way sponsored by, administered by, or affiliated with Facebook or Instagram.

6. Winner Notification and Disclosure: Winners will be contacted via private message (Direct Message) on Instagram or Facebook on the same day of the lottery. Winners must respond to the message confirming their presence at the dinner to the message by 12.00 April 7th to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within the given time frame, a new winner will be selected.
7. Prize: There will be 5 winners in total in the lottery. Each winner will receive 2 tickets to Mutti’s Cucina Povera dinner at restaurant Capa 9th of April. The organizer solely determines the details of the prize. No replacements or exchanges are allowed unless the organizer decides otherwise. The prize may be transferred if desired.
8. Conditions: The organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel, decide on, change, or end the lottery if, in its judgment, viruses, errors, unauthorized human interference, fraud, or other causes beyond the organizer’s control damage or affect the handling, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the lottery. The organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any participants who disturb or attempt to disturb the entry process, Mutti website’s functionality, or violate these official rules. The organizer has the right to invalidate entries for any reason, including but not limited to: use of bots, macros, or scripts, or other technical means to enter the lottery.
Any attempt to intentionally damage the Mutti website or hinder the lawful operation of the competition may violate criminal and civil laws. If such attempts occur, the organizer reserves the right to take all possible legal actions against the person, including criminal charges.
9. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to release the organizer and its partners from all liabilities, damages, death, losses, lawsuits, claims, or damages to persons or property, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, caused by or relating to: (i) The participant’s participation in the competition and/or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or its parts, (ii) any technical failures, including but not limited to computer, cable, network, hardware, or software failures; (iii) malfunction or unavailability of transmission, telephone, or internet services; (iv) unauthorized human interference in any part of the entry process or prize drawing; (v) electronic or human errors that may occur in the administration or processing of entries.
10. Under no circumstances does the participant have the right to claim compensatory, incidental, exemplary, indirect, special, or consequential damages, or other damages, whether foreseeable or not, and whether based on negligence or any other grounds, including legal fees. The participant hereby waives any right to claim such damages.
Disputes: This lottery is governed by Danish law. Participation in this competition requires the participant to accept that all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all claims related to or arising from this competition, shall be resolved individually without class action.
11. Please note that Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms that may be used to promote this competition are not responsible for any part of this campaign and have not sponsored, supported, or administered the campaign in any way.
12. Privacy Policy: The information provided during “participation” is subject to the privacy policy outlined on Mutti’s website, https://mutti-parma.com/en/privacy-policy/.
13. Organizer: The organizer of the lottery is Mutti Nordics, Vasagatan 17, 111 120 Stockholm, SWEDEN.
