Tomato soup: Method
- In a casserole, brown the onion with olive oil and bay leaves
- Add Mutti Tomato Sauce and chopped basil leaves, then cook for 10 minutes over low heat
- Run sauce through the food processor
- Slightly heat the fresh cream and add to the tomato sauce, then season with salt and pepper
- Serve hot with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese
