1. These terms and conditions are for the Mutti Tomato Day Cooking Challenge Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

2. The organiser of the Prize Draw is Mutti S.p.A, VIA TRAVERSETOLO, 28, 43022, Fraz/ Piazza – Montechiarugolo, PARMA, ITALY, and the following party commissioned by Mutti S.p.A: OvernightSite Ltd, 3.10 Canterbury Court, Kennington Park Business Centre, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE.

3. You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Prize Draw.

4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.

5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.

7. Entry must be made between 12:00 BST on 01.09.2022 and 23:59 BST on 19.09.22. The draw will be made within 5 days of the Prize Draw closing.

8. One winner will be chosen from entries made during the Prize Draw period.

9. The winner will receive, unless otherwise stated, a Mutti Hamper: 2x Mutti Pizza Sauce Aromatica (400g), 2x Mutti Pizza Sauce Classic (400g), 1x Mutti Polpa (400g), 1x Mutti Tomato Passata (400g), 1x Mutti Tomato Puree (130g), 1x Mutti Peeled Tomatoes (400g), 1x Mutti San Marzano Tomatoes (400g), 1x Mutti Apron, 1x Mutti Pencil, 1x Mutti Shopping Bag.

10. The winner will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram, within five days of the draw date.

11. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize. Only three alternate winners will be drawn, after which the prize will remain unawarded.

12. The winner may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.

13. The winner’s Instagram ‘handle’ will be announced on the Mutti UK Instagram page and displayed on [https://mutti-parma.com/en/mutti-tomato-day-cooking-challenge-terms-and-conditions/]. If you object to your handle being published or made available, please contact us via Instagram direct messages on @muttipomodorouk.

14. Employees of Mutti S.P.A., its suppliers, agents, distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

15. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.

16. The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
