MUTTI TOMATO DAY FIND THE GOLDEN Mutti TINS IN LONDON GIVEAWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. These terms and conditions are for the Mutti Tomato Find the Golden Mutti tins in London Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
  2. The organiser of the Prize Draw is Mutti S.p.A, VIA TRAVERSETOLO, 28, 43022, Fraz/ Piazza – Montechiarugolo, PARMA, ITALY, and the following party commissioned by Mutti S.p.A: Jellybean Creative Solutions, 4 Bridge Street, Leatherhead, Surrey KT22 8BZ.
  3. You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Prize Draw.
  4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.
  5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
  6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.
  7. Entry must be made between 11:00 BST on 09.09.2022 and 23:59 BST on 09.09.2022 by scanning the QR code to the entry webpage at one of our sampling locations in London. The draw will be made within 5 days of the Prize Draw closing.
  8. Three winners will be chosen from entries made on the entry webpage on the Mutti website during the Prize Draw period.
  9. The winners will each receive, unless otherwise stated, £100 worth of Eataly vouchers to be redeemed at Eataly, London within 12 months.
  10. The winners will be chosen at random and notified via email to the email address provided on the entry page, within five days of the draw date. Winners are responsible for ensuring that complete and correct details are provided to the Promoter via the entry page in order to receive their prize.
  11. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this email, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize. Only three alternate winners will be drawn, after which the prize will remain unawarded.
  12. The winner may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.
  13. Employees of Mutti S.P.A., its suppliers, agents, distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  14. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.
  15. The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
