1. These terms and conditions are for the Mutti Instagram Prize Draw, in partnership with Ooni. By entering this Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

2. The Prize Draw is organised by Mutti S.P.A., Industrie Conserve Alimentari, Via Traversetolo, 28 – 43022 Montechiarugolo, Parma, Italy.

3. You must be a resident of the UK to enter the Prize Draw.

4. The Prize Draw is free to enter.

5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

6. Only one entrant per household is permitted.

7. Entry must be made before 23:59 BST on 26.07.22. The draw will be made within 5 days of the Prize Draw closing.

8. One winner will be chosen from entries made during the Prize Draw period.

9. The winner will receive, unless otherwise stated, 1x Ooni Koda 16 Pizza Oven, 1x Ooni Pizza Peel, 2x Mutti Pizza Sauce Aromatica (400g), 2x Mutti Pizza Sauce Classic (400g), 1x Mutti Polpa (400g), 1x Mutti Tomato Passata (400g), 1x Mutti Tomato Puree (130g), 1x Mutti Peeled Tomatoes (400g), 1x Mutti San Marzano Tomatoes (400g), 1x Mutti Apron, 1x Mutti Pencil, 1x Mutti Shopping Bag. The prize is non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.

10. The winner will be chosen at random and notified, via direct messaging on Instagram, within five days of the draw date.

11. If a winner fails to respond and/or to give a valid UK address within 7 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.

12. The winner may be asked to take part in applicable publicity.

13. The winner’s Instagram ‘handle’ will be announced on the Mutti UK Instagram page and displayed on https://mutti-parma.com/en/mutti-x-ooni/

14. Employees of Mutti S.P.A., its suppliers, agents, distributors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

15. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws of England.

16. The Prize Draw may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
