  • 1 tablespoon triple concentrated tomato puree
  • 1/2 kg minced minced meat (beef, pork, veal)
  • 100 g finely chopped celery, carrot and onion
  • 1/2 glass red wine
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 150 g parmesan cheese
  • broth
  • bay leaves
  • sage
  • salt and pepper

Minced meat sauce: Method

  1. Sauté chopped vegetables in oil, add minced meat and brown, stirring often
  2. Pour in the red wine and evaporate
  3. Dilute the tomato puree in a drop of broth and pour it into the mass
  4. Add 1 bay leaf and 1 sage leaf
  5. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 25 minutes
  6. Serve warm with pasta or potatoes, or use in lasagna, for example, as a recipe!
