Minced meat sauce: Method
- Sauté chopped vegetables in oil, add minced meat and brown, stirring often
- Pour in the red wine and evaporate
- Dilute the tomato puree in a drop of broth and pour it into the mass
- Add 1 bay leaf and 1 sage leaf
- Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 25 minutes
- Serve warm with pasta or potatoes, or use in lasagna, for example, as a recipe!
