How Pasta Sauces are made
Finely chopped onion and carrot are lightly sautéed in oil.
Crushed tomatoes (Polpa), puree (Passata), and the characteristic ingredients are added to the sauté.
The cooking process continues by mixing the ingredients, enhancing the flavor, and creating a rich texture.
When the sauce is still steaming, we proceed to fill the jars, which are now ready to reach your pantry.
