  • 1 cup Mutti® Sauce For Pizza Parma (or any variety of Mutti® Sauce for Pizza)
  • 1 cup Mutti® Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • 2 sprigs fresh basil

  1. Lightly brush 1/2 inch thick eggplant slices with oil and sprinkle with salt, then bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  2. Top with Mutti® Sauce for Pizza, mozzarella, and sliced Mutti® Cherry Tomatoes (Ciliegini), drained.
  3. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
  4. Top with fresh basil before serving.
