Tortilla pizza: Method
- Fill the surface of your tortilla with Mutti Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, then sprinkle some plant-based cheese and add vegan cold cuts.
- Now gently fold the left and right edges of the tortilla inward, then roll the bottom part upward to make a little wrap.
- Cut the small wrap into 4 equal pieces and do this for all four tortillas.
- Transfer the pieces to a round rimmed baking pan covered with baking paper, keeping the filling visible.
- Brush the surface with more Mutti Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce and sprinkle with meltable plant-based cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
