This sauce pairs naturally sweet Rossoro tomatoes with spicy chili pepper and other fresh flavors. Enjoy on pasta, or even straight from the jar.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Mutti Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 16 slices vegan cold cuts
  • 2 cups meltable plant-based cheese

Tortilla pizza: Method

  1. Fill the surface of your tortilla with Mutti Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce, then sprinkle some plant-based cheese and add vegan cold cuts.
  2. Now gently fold the left and right edges of the tortilla inward, then roll the bottom part upward to make a little wrap.
  3. Cut the small wrap into 4 equal pieces and do this for all four tortillas.
  4. Transfer the pieces to a round rimmed baking pan covered with baking paper, keeping the filling visible.
  5. Brush the surface with more Mutti Arrabbiata Pasta Sauce and sprinkle with meltable plant-based cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
