Spider Pizzas: Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, instant yeast, and unsweetened soy yogurt. Stir with a spoon until the yogurt is fully absorbed and the dough starts to come together.
  2. At this point, knead the dough with your hands until smooth and uniform.
  3. Let the dough rest at room temperature, covered with plastic wrap, for 30 minutes.
  4. Once the dough has rested, lightly flour your work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin to about ⅛ inch thick.
  5. Using a round cookie cutter or glass (about 2 inches in diameter), cut out discs of dough and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Top each disc with a generous teaspoon of Mutti Pasta Sauce with Basil.
  7. To create the spider decoration, slice off the end of a black olive to make the head. Cut the remaining piece in half: use one half for the body and slice the other half into eight thin strips to form the legs.
  8. Bake the mini pizzas in a preheated oven at 400°F for 14–15 minutes.
