Spider Pizzas: Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, instant yeast, and unsweetened soy yogurt. Stir with a spoon until the yogurt is fully absorbed and the dough starts to come together.
- At this point, knead the dough with your hands until smooth and uniform.
- Let the dough rest at room temperature, covered with plastic wrap, for 30 minutes.
- Once the dough has rested, lightly flour your work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin to about ⅛ inch thick.
- Using a round cookie cutter or glass (about 2 inches in diameter), cut out discs of dough and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top each disc with a generous teaspoon of Mutti Pasta Sauce with Basil.
- To create the spider decoration, slice off the end of a black olive to make the head. Cut the remaining piece in half: use one half for the body and slice the other half into eight thin strips to form the legs.
- Bake the mini pizzas in a preheated oven at 400°F for 14–15 minutes.
