  • 6 leaves Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 40 g Olives
  • 400 g Mutti Peeled Tomatoes
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • Oregano
  • Salt

Lettuce wrap: Method

  1. Using a potato peeler, peel the cucumber, then slice it into round circles.
  2. Wash and dry the salad and gently remove the leaves. Make a vertical cut about 7 or 8 cm long at the center of the base.
  3. Divide the leaf into four quarters and place a square of feta cheese seasoned with oregano on the first quarter. Put a peeled tomato cut into strips and sprinkled with salt in the second quarter, a few slices of cucumber in the third, and a small tablespoon of olives in the fourth quarter.
  4. Starting from the first quarter with the feta, close the leaf upwards, then close it to the right, then finally close everything over the last quarter.
  5. Serve the lettuce wrap on a bed of rocket and sliced carrots and season with oil, salt, and pepper.
