Flat Green Beans with Tomato Sauce: Method

  1. Wash and dry the snow peas then remove the ends and strands and cut them into 3 parts.
  2. Chop the onion and fry it in a pan with the oil and a cup of water. Once the water has evaporated, continue cooking until the onion is browned. Add the minced garlic and spices.
  3. Add the Mutti Cherry Tomatoes to the pan, season with salt, and add a pinch of chili pepper. Cook them on a medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes
  4. Add the snow peas and vegetable stock to the pan. Mix the ingredients well and cook with the lid on. It will take about 20 minutes over medium-low heat until the snow peas are soft.
  5. Stir occasionally and, if necessary, add a little water or vegetable stock to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the pan.
  6. When the snow peas are cooked, serve the dish hot with a sprinkling of parsley and a drizzle of raw oil.
