PENNE WITH SALMON AND MUTTI CHERRY TOMATOES

Ingredients

  • 400 gr fresh salmon cut into cubes
  • 350 gr penne (pasta)
  • 400 gr Mutti Pomodorini (cherry tomatoes)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 gr chopped white onion
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method

  1. Sauté onion in a fry-pan with oil. Add Mutti cherry tomatoes and cream and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.
  2. At the same time, cook the penne in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes.
  3. Add salmon with cherry tomatoes and cream and cook until the fish is ready. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the drained pasta in the pan with salmon sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
