Cherry Tomato Goat Cheese Dip

This hot, creamy dip with Mutti® Cherry Tomatoes (Ciliegini), basil, and garlic is perfect served with crostini, crackers, or bread.

Mutti® Cherry Tomatoes complement your food with their rich, sweet and intense flavor. They grow in southern Italy, where they are harvested and sorted carefully to maintain their incredible taste and freshness. They are perfect for fish dishes or to bring tomato flavor to your focaccias, pastas and sauces.


  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup part skim ricotta
  • 1 8 oz log goat cheese
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil leaves
  • 1/2 can Mutti® Cherry Tomatoes (Ciliegini) (drained)

While the recipe calls for 1/2 of the can, we “pomodoro obsessed” chop the rest of the tomatoes and add them on top for more contrast in this otherwise creamy dish.

Cherry Tomato Goat Cheese Dip: Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prep a small 6 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 cup part skim ricotta, 1 8 ounce log goat cheese, 3/4 cup crumbled feta, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil.
  3. Once thoroughly mixed, add in 1/4th can of drained Mutti® Cherry Tomatoes (Ciliegini). Add to baking dish, and top with another 1/4th can of Cherry Tomatoes. In total, you’ll be using 1/2 of the can.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes and serve hot with crostini, crackers, or bread.
