Lentil Soup with Tomatoes, Vegetables and Bacon
Fun Fact: Lentils are believed to bring good luck in Italy, and eating them on New Year’s Eve, shortly after midnight, is a long-standing tradition. The flat legumes were thought to resemble Roman coins, which is why they became associated with wealth and prosperity.
Made with Whole peeled tomatoes
Mutti® Peeled Tomatoes are generously fleshy and firm. They have their skins removed and are then immersed in a delicious, velvety passata.
