The Mutti Chopped Tomatoes maintains all the freshness of freshly-harvested tomatoes. Mutti Polpa brings together the tomato juice and its most pulpy part, a feature which makes it ideally suited for long cooking times even at high temperatures, like in the oven. Caramel sauce with chopped tomatoes: Method
- Measure the ingredients into a saucepan and boil for 10–15 minutes, letting water evaporate. (If you want, you can also puree the sauce using a blender and then sieve it.) Let the sauce cool. Serve with ice cream.
