  • 740 g Mutti® Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 4 pork chops, about 370 g each
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 pinch chili
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 370 g bacon strips
  • 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • diced mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp minced parsley

Pork chops in tomato sauce with chopped tomatoes: Method

  1. Brown the pork chops in a pan with oil, salt and pepper
  2. Sprinkle with white wine and cook for 5 minutes
  3. In another pan, mix together rosemary, chili, Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes and bacon
  4. Cook for 3 minutes and then put the pork chop in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes more
  5. Serve with mozzarella and minced parsley
