Penne Pasta Tomato with Mozzarella and Capers: Method
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water
- Brown onions in olive oil, add capers, salt, pepper, basil and Mutti® Tomato Puree (Passata), and cook for 10 minutes
- Drain pasta and put in a pan with sauce, cook for 2 minutes and serve on a plate, topped with mozzarella
