Vegan Burger with Tomato Paste
It looks like a hamburger, in reality it is a vegan burger prepared with beans, cereals and Double Concentrated Tomato Paste which make it colorful and even tastier.

Vegan Burger with Tomato Paste: Method
- Pour the boiled cannellini beans into a blender, add the crushed garlic, rice and blend.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add the salt, paprika, pepper and Mutti Double Concentrate Tomato Paste.
- Stir with a spoon and adjust the consistency with the breadcrumbs.
- In a 25 cm diameter ring pan, put a few tablespoons with the help of a round pastry cutter, shape the burgers.
- Prepare the vegan mayonnaise by putting the soy milk in a jug, adding the mustard and oil slowly while blending with an immersion blender. When it is whipped, add the lemon juice and salt, decorate with the chives.
- Cook the burgers in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil, turning them on both sides. It will take about 6/8 minutes of cooking.
- Also cook the sliced mushrooms together with the burgers, turning them on both sides.
- Prepare the sandwich with the salad, vegan mayonnaise, burger, olives and mushrooms.
- Serve with a salad or fries.
