Tomato Hummus: Method
- Have the chopped parsley ready and cut the lemon in half.
- Place the cooked, drained chickpeas in a blender, add the garlic cloves, paprika, tahina, sesame oil, lemon juice, parsley and lastly the Mutti Double Concentrated Tomato Paste. Blend until creamy.
- Add the extra virgin olive oil and salt, then adjust the consistency with a bit of chickpea cooking water (about 50 g). Blend for another minute.
- Transfer the hummus to a bowl and garnish with paprika, chopped parsley, and pine nuts.
