MEXICAN SALSA WITH MUTTI POLPA: Method
- Leave Mutti Polpa to drain in a colander strainer for at least 2 hours.
- Mix onion, lime juice, grated lime zest, drained polpa and chopped peppers in a bowl. Add oil, salt and sugar.
- Let the sauce rest at least for three hours. Serve with nachos.
