Ingredients

  • 400 gr Mutti Polpa
  • 3 red hot peppers (chopped without seeds)
  • 70 gr white onion (finely chopped )
  • 10 gr fresh coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)

Method

  1. Leave Mutti Polpa to drain in a colander strainer for at least 2 hours.
  2. Mix onion, lime juice, grated lime zest, drained polpa and chopped peppers in a bowl. Add oil, salt and sugar.
  3. Let the sauce rest at least for three hours. Serve with nachos.
