  • 28 oz Mutti® Crushed Tomatoes (Polpa)
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 pinch chili
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 13 oz bacon strips
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • mozzarella cheese (diced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (minced)

Pork Chops with Crushed Tomatoes: Method

  1. Brown the pork chops in a pan with oil, salt and pepper
  2. Sprinkle with white wine and cook for 5 minutes
  3. In another pan, mix together rosemary, chili, Mutti® Crushed Tomatoes (Polpa) and bacon
  4. Cook for 3 minutes and then put the pork chop in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes more
  5. Serve with mozzarella and minced parsley
