Pork Chops with Crushed Tomatoes: Method
- Brown the pork chops in a pan with oil, salt and pepper
- Sprinkle with white wine and cook for 5 minutes
- In another pan, mix together rosemary, chili, Mutti® Crushed Tomatoes (Polpa) and bacon
- Cook for 3 minutes and then put the pork chop in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes more
- Serve with mozzarella and minced parsley
