Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp EVOO
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp white onion (minced)
  • 14 oz Mutti® Crushed Tomatoes (Polpa)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano (dried)
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 5/6 leaves basil

Method

  1. Sautè the EVOO with garlic and onion in a large skillet. After 1 minute, add Mutti ® Crushed Tomatoes (Polpa). Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes (or, according to the cooking instructions on the package). Drain and add the spaghetti to the sauce. Stir. Add basil and serve.
