  • 28 oz Mutti® Crushed Tomatoes (Polpa) (drained)
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 large clove of garlic, minced
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Mediterranean sea salt – to taste
  • Cumin – to taste
