Harira Soup
Harira soup is a traditional Moroccan dish, aromatic and full of flavor. It is very easy to prepare and perfect for sharing with the whole family during the colder months.

Harira Soup: Method
- In a large pot, gently sauté the finely chopped onion and celery, then add the lentils and let them toast for a few minutes.
- Now add the Mutti Crushed Tomatoes and the Tomato Paste, the chickpeas, the spices, and the chopped cilantro and parsley, and mix well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then pour in enough vegetable broth or water to just cover the soup.
- Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for at least one hour, stirring occasionally.
- Once ready, add the juice of half a lemon to the soup and mix well.
- Serve the harira soup garnished with a few cilantro leaves and lemon slices.
